是这个和“other zones（其他的地区,并不只一个,而是其他的很多地区）”来进行对比的

没有错，这种问题是特殊情况，俺上高中耳朵都听出茧子了，compared to 和compared with在这种情况下是一样的！一定要注意是compared，compare to 与 compare with 就不一样了！
