Most people think the government’s decision will certainly do good to the development of our city. Actually, it will play both active and negative role in future.
For the advantages, first of all, as we all know, Yangzhou is a famous touristic city with ancient history and culture. Speeding up the tourism will help to promote the exchange of different culture, which makes people learn more about the local culture and customs. On the other hand, the policy will provide more employment opportunities for people, which will promote the development of economy. Besides, our living environment will getting better, the quality of our life will be improved.
While, we can’t ignore the disadvantages. It will distroy the nature if we pay all the attention to the rapid development, leaving serious pollutions to the city. What’s more, the influx of tourists may result in traffic jams.
Above all, I think we should pay more attention to the possible disadvantages and try to do something to avoid the problem or reduce the bad influence. And then, the tourism of Yangzhou will get healthy and rapid development if bad aspects have been controled.
