John: Hi there, I would like to have a stay for two nights please.
接待员: Sure, do you have a reservation sir?
John: Sorry, but no I don't, is that a problem?
接待员: That's fine, if I may have you sign this walk-in registration for me.
John: Ok
John: Here you go, the form is all filled out.
接待员: All right sir, let me just confirm, you would like to have a two night stay in a presidential suite, is that right?
John: That's correct.
接待员: All right, here's your receipt and here's your total, how would you like to pay for it?
