Retail pharmacies is a terminal link in the field of drug circulation, because products is sold directly to consumers,then they have the responsibility to ensure the safe, effective and rational use of drugs, and it is very important to provide esssential pharmaceutical care and people also need better pharmaceutical care. Retail pharmacies need to have a lasting development in today's fierce market competition , so it requires the pharmacy pharmacy services to step to being professional and innovation,it is no doubt an effective attempt to fused health management and pharmacy pharmaceutical care together. This article is based on an example of a large pharmacy, to implement an investigation into customers who entered the shop: analyse customers' satisfaction to our pharmacy service, pharmaceutical service needs and expectations to our pharmacy in the future. All of that will provide the reference for the pharmacy pharmacy service measures and enhance the competitiveness of this pharmacy management in the future .
